Auch wieder ein solider Bonpland. Dieser schmeckt ein wenig nach Trauben. Ein wenig wie Eiswein. Kann man machen muss man aber nicht. Dafür das er nur 30 Prozent Alkohol hat schmeckt man drn Alkohol gut heraus.

Hier spielt Vallendar aus was er wirklich kann - alles mit Trauben. Die Nase wirkt nicht zu süß, super fruchtig, intensiv nach Trauben und im Alkohol sehr weinartig. Könnte vom Geruch her auch ein süßer, weißer Vermouth sein. Schmeckt dann auch so, und ist dem weißen Ferdinand's Vermouth aus dem gleichen Hause sehr ähnlich. Die Süße ist komplett traubenartig, hat viel von Eiswein. Die Rumbasis kommt nur sehr dezent durch, nimmt aber den Abgang für sich ein. Wer's auch mal Likör mag ist hier bestens versorgt. Rum ist's natürlich keiner, aber ein wirklich tolles Produkt für sich.
