The nose leans light and sweetish — vanilla, caramel, a little coconut — and the palate follows with vanilla, some coffee and cocoa over an oily body. At 40% it's soft and unmistakably a mixer. Just don't expect the classic Jamaican ester punch; several members note it barely shows.

Vacation Canada & Jamaica September 2025. Surprisingly good this white Kingston 62, will try the brown one next. On the nose there is vanilla and caramel. On the palate then also some vanilla, but also coffee and cocoa.

#6505 18.03.2026 Enjoying a few samples while listening to music generated with AI by one of my former colleagues. This one is not really my cup of tea. I know that it is a mixer and it does pretty OK in a cola. The nose is kind of light and fruity with light spices. The palate is oily and fruity and a light spicy touch. The finish is medium to long and warm with a mix of fruits and spices.

Passing through Italy, I order a pizza and see this behind the bar, offered by the boss, I can't say no. Well, it's obviously too light at 40 degrees. Well, it's obviously too light at 40 degrees, no markers of Jamaica, just caramel, vanilla and maybe a little coconut... RIP

Nose: very light. I smell a subtle, sweet note as well as something vegetal. Also find it a bit alcoholic. Taste: like the nose very light and somewhat sweetish as well as alcoholic. While I can't specify the sweet note in the nose, I taste a slight vanilla here. Also taste hazelnut. Has little to do with Jamaica for me. I don't like it neat but it's certainly not made for that. Wouldn't buy it as a mixer either.
