Ik vond deze versie eerst nergens terug, tot ik via de Instagram van Canuto rum ontdekte dat deze binnenkort nog gereleased moet worden. 24 days of rum brengt dus een primeur met zich mee! De smaak doet me denken aan andere XO’s die ik al geproefd heb (vb, Mount Gay, Esclavo of Plantation), maar die schat ik alle drie toch wat hoger en verfijnder in dan deze. Het smaakprofiel in vergelijking met de anderen is wat meer afgevlakt en minder complex, maar tegelijkertijd ook minder zoet wat helemaal niet zo erg is. Aangenaam, maar niet uitzonderlijk.
