This bottling is a good introduction to Belize rums. It misses a bit of the fruity punch that the higher quality rums have but you cannot expect that for this money. In general the Rum Explorer range does what it does well: it gives you the opportunity to explore different types/countries of rum for a very democratic price. The rums are inoffensive of course but they give an excellent of the country’s profile.

Barwa ciemnej słomki w kieliszku. Na nosie: wanilia, karmel, dębina, gorzka czekolada, aromaty skóry, mokrych liści, suszu owocowego i przypraw kuchennych. Na języku: w pierwszym kontakcie łapie delikatnością i przywodzi na myśl likier na bazie rumu. Karmel, suszone śliwki i jabłka, wanilia, odrobina kakao, przypraw korzennych i orzechów. Finisz: delikatny, słodki, okraszony pikantnością z orzechowym posmakiem i śladem wanilii.
