Australian Rums Tasting, Rum Club Switzerland. A nose of vanilla, cedar wood and strongly infused black tea. The palate is acqueous, then cedarwood and tea dominate. The finish is obviously short and completely dominated by cedarwood. A cedarwood and tea infusion rather than a rum here. A sample collected from the distillery by David.
