Blind tasting and pleasant discovery of a simple rum with medium aromatic richness with a nose and palate of assertive aromas. Good balance, certainly simple but very effective!

La Route des Rhums Advent Calendar 2022 No. 7. A really nice Saint James here. Nose nicely woody and spicy. On the palate also wood and spices, but here a slightly sweet note in the form of vanilla and caramel is added.
