Bologne New Old Double Maturation

Double fut pour double plaisir Presque trop facile à boire , mais quelques subtilités. Vu le prix, ca passe à 8 ! En resume, mes notes de degutation : Au nez : Agrumes, Vanillé, Épices, Boisé En bouche : Crème Brûlée, Fruits secs, Pommes au four, Épices, Poivré La finale plutot orientee vers : Poivré, Bois jeunes

Un Bologne parfait pour l'apéritif. Des notes gourmandes de chocolats de caramel, du fruits et des épices. On sent + le côté cognac que bourbon.

Un bon rapport qualité-prix pour ce Bologne avec la particularité cognac. Très bon nez légèrement sur le caramel, plus discret en bouche avec du boisé et une longueur moyenne assez agréable. Agreable sans être très complexe. Donc pourquoi pas avec un chocolat ou un dessert.

Bologne never disappoints. This rhum is very good to sip with a little of thick juice like mango or banana. Even neat it has a little taste of caramel. For about 20e in France's grocery, it really is a good deal.
