Liquid cheese plate and some vomit in the nose. 😳 Disgusting, but still somehow horny. On the palate, these off notes disappear and it goes towards mezcal. Very special clairin! 🙈

#5011 31.12.2024 Relaxing with the last samples of the year 😊 Nose Intense, light sweet, light rubber, olive, fruits, light honey, light polish, light grass. Palate Oily, medium intense, light sweet, light rubber, sugarcane, light honey, faint smoke, light sake, light olive, fruits. Finish Medium to long, light fruits, sugarcane, spice, faint smoke, light grass, light sake. The empty glass has a light sour note as well and faint bacon.

Für mich ein schöner Haitianer. In der Nase duftet es nach Alkohol, Agricole und Banane. Setzt sich für mich im Gaumen fort. Alkohol gut eingebunden. Kann man sehr gut trinken, jedenfalls nach den bisherigen Rums heute :)

"Peut être encore meilleur que le rocher avec une papaye en complément et un fond de mescal. Décidément j’adore les clairins ! En resume, mes notes de degutation : Au nez : Banane, Mezcal, Cire d'abeille En bouche : Canne à sucre, Mezcal, Citron vert, Olive, Papaye"

the addition of botanicals such as lemongrass and ginger one smells in any case on the nose. too bad that one tastes nothing of it. taste it is really something extremely cheesy, and Vegetable fermented. unfortunately so not at all mine.

Certainly unique and special, thanks to the Haitian method of production and distillation, interesting in its notes of acidic and citrus fruit that then leave savoriness on the finish
