Aroma: spicy, lots of vanilla, only slightly acrid, subtly woody Taste: first impression in direct comparison to the Vizcaya 21 not quite as mild, a tick less sweet, a little sharper, less round, but also much cheaper in terms of price, price/performance more appropriate than the Vizcaya 21, without taking the price into account I would definitely prefer the Vizcaya 21, but still as I said not bad overall, very vanilla, medium sweetness, very spicy, slightly oily, subtly woody, easy to drink, a typical representative from the Dom. Rep., I quite like it and would drink it again at any time, easy to drink without rough edges, but otherwise there are also better ones in the price range of the Vizcaya 12

After having enjoyed the XO, I had higher hopes for this one. Alas, it did not meet them. This one had an artificial taste that did not improve with airing or mixing.
