very good light demerara, more floral and sweet than his brother 28 y o, same style very balanced with floral fruity and spicy notes combined with light white woody notez

This is an older tasting and I have the following notes. Light in colour with nice floral and fruity notes. A light profile compared to other similar releases but complex and well balanced.

"A lovely melange of fresh shavings of wood and paint, young alcohol and lemon shortbread gives a very mature but restraining elegance in the nose. It continues to deliver tat mix of bright fruit and lemon baked into a shortbread sat on top of a freshly varnished table. a hint of old workshop adds itself to the end. Very nice!"
