Very good choice vanilla arranged rum, vanilla grown locally based on good quality white agricole rum, the blend is perfect to my taste, does not necessarily need to be drunk cold, its flavors are even more appreciated at room temperature.

Very good rum, you can still feel the artisanal touch of this superb distillery. Tasted on site at Domaine de Saint Aubin, and at home with guests. This rum is of very good quality and the Mauritian vanilla grown on site in the same estate is excellent, and less pronounced than Madagascar vanilla. It does not overpower the main aroma of the rum.
