Très bon rhum, on sent encore la patte artisanale de cette superbe distillerie. Goûté sur place au Domaine de Saint Aubin, et à la maison avec des invités. Ce rhum est de très bonne qualité et la vanille mauricienne cultivée sur place dans ce même domaine est excellente, et moins prononcée que la vanille de Madagascar. Elle ne surpasse pas l’arôme principale du rhum.

Rhum arrangé vanille de très bon choix, vanille cultivée sur place sur base de rhum blanc agricole de bonne qualité, le mélange est à mon goût parfait, n’a pas besoin de se boire forcément frais, on apprécie d’autant plus ses saveurs à température ambiante
