First nose is roast and some pepper. Some moments later it gets slight sweeter with baked sugar. The taste is again very roasty and pepper with some bittersweet notes. The finish comes with spices, burnt and some bittersweet notes. First sip was with a short finish, the second one last much longer. Nice rum. Fortunately, I still have got a spare bottle. :-)

Yet another very nice rum from plantation, this time one from Guyana, which is one of my favourite countries when talking about rum. A very well balanced nose with a bit of tobacco to it as well as a hint of vanilla. The finish is nice and long with some cinnamon to it. Well worth the money.

Nice bottling, but doesn't reach the comparison vintages. From nose to finish lots of wood, vanilla and burnt sugar. On the palate clearly fruitier with orange and cherry. Alcohol is super well integrated.
