Belize Rum wie ich ihn liebe! absolut harmonisch, rund und Alkohol perfekt eingebunden. Gegrillte Ananas ohne Ende mit etwas Fass-Noten, Kokos, Karamellbonbon und Kakaonibs. dazu kommt etwas Kumquatmarmelade und Zitronenabrieb. sehr sehr lecker!

Exzellenter Belize Rum. Wie meistens super Kokosnuss Note. Durch die 64% super runde Geschichte.

Nase: erst alkoholisch scharf, dann süßlich-fruchtig-blumig. Saftige Plattpfirsiche und süße Aprikosen gepaart mit einem Potpourri von tropischen Früchten und einem feinen Hauch Kokos. Wirkt sehr süßlich mit Honig, Karamell und Sahnetoffee. Hat auch was von frischem Keksteig. Hinten kommt noch eine leichte Holznote. Gaumen: auch hier fruchtig-blumig, der Alkohol ist spürbar, aber doch recht gut eingebunden, wirkt aber anfangs adstringent und leicht bitter. Wieder Pfirsich und Aprikose aber auch leicht parfümiert. Hinten geht es Richtung Früchtebrot mit frischen Kokosraspeln. Ein recht guter Belize, der durch den hohen ABV auch ordentlich was mit bringt.

Eigentlich sehr lecker, viele dunkle Noten und ein voller tropischer Früchtekorb. Allerdings sehr scharf im Mund, der Alkohol ist nicht schön eingebunden und generell kein angenehmes Mundgefühl. Schade, damit verliert der Rum viel Potential.
