Most tasters land in the same spot: this is an unusual white agricole, well-liked but not universally. Tart Granny Smith apple leads, with kiwi, bitter orange and a little almond pastry, all sitting on a soft sugarcane sweetness that turns slightly toffee. At 50% it stays fresh and drinkable rather than hot. One reviewer found it more intriguing than lovable — the odd herbal-bitter twist isn't for everyone.

Overall a very smooth and pleasant Agricole Blanc with typical characteristic aromas and tastes for an ReimonenQ which is distilled in 2018 and has spent two years in steel vats before diluted to 50% and bottled.

"Rather intriguing, like the dam, but not my style. In the end, I didn't like much of Reimonenq, to be honest. To sum up, my degutation notes: On the nose: Viennese pastries In the mouth: Iodine The finish is more towards: Sugarcane, Salty".

#5050 17.01.2025 Enjoying some samples at home. Nose Light, round, fruits, sweet, light vegetal, light nutts, light orange, light apple. Palate Round, oily, light nutts, light vegetal, faint citrus, sweet, spice, light floral, sugarcane. Finish Medium long, fresh, oily, sweet, light clove, light grass, sugarcane, light floral, light spicy. The empty glass has nice floral, light grass, lime and light earthy notes.

Very nice, complex and super drinkable Agricole. Very unusual notes of sour green Granny Smith apple, kiwis, some almond cookies, bitter almond and bitter orange aroma and herbs such as thyme, sage and lavender. Everything is accompanied by a beautiful sugar ear sweetness that is subtly reminiscent of toffee and bitter almond, which for me is so characteristic of reimonenq. And in the finish, the furry kiwi, the apple and a light salt note are added. I really like it! The backstory of Phoenix as the name for a new yeast that the family created during a crisis is also very exciting and in terms of taste you can definitely tell that this is not a "normal" Agricole style! Chapeau.👏 In the daiquiri then also very palatable and delicious! 👌👍🤤

A good white rum, I would be very curious to try it in a daiquiri or t-punch. It is quite fresh and light despite the 50 degrees. The finish is a bit short but the nose and palate are pleasant, with both sweet and sour notes.
