Non è un rum, ma un elixir a base di rum. Dolcissimo. Adatto per un dopo cena come ponce o per correggere il caffè. Io lo uso come base per il "ponce alla livornese" ed è grandioso! È stato il mio primo "rum" e senza questo non avrei mai iniziato. Adesso per me è impensabile farci una degustazione e sono costretto, nonostante l'affetto, a dargli un voto basso.
