Sipped neat it's fresh cane juice, citrus and a green, floral lift, but at 59% the alcohol isn't fully tucked in — one taster found it "un peu rude" and clearly better in a Ti-Punch. Naturally sweet and lemony with a little pepper and an oily body. A white agricole from Bielle that shines with lime and sugar over ice.

Really a super white Agricole from Bielle here. Herbal, fresh and floral on the nose. Sugar cane is also recognizable. It is similar on the palate, but here it is more fruity (citrus fruits).

On the nose: fresh gourmet cane, fruity-oily with a bouquet of vegetal notes. The attack on the palate is powerful, even a little rough, with a spicy-peppery taste. Citrus fruits and licorice, typical of the distillery, follow. The finish is pleasantly agricultural, with a lemony, exotic-fruit note. Personally, I find it fruity and tasty, but unfortunately the alcohol is not perfectly integrated, which disrupts my tasting. On the other hand, as a Ti-Punch, it's much better than as a pure tasting! In fact, it's more than likely its original purpose ...

#5988 23.11.2025 Relaxing after bringing my wife to the airport and now watching Silence of the Lamps, one of my favourite movies. Nose Fresh, sugarcane, citrus, light floral, faint pepper, light nutts, light earthy. Palate Oily, fresh, naturally sweet, sugarcane, citrus, faint floral, light salt, faint smoke, light peppery. Finish Medium to long, oily, fresh, citrus, sugarcane. Empty glass Sugarcane, light cinnamon, citrus, light floral, light nutts.

A superb representative of the whites of Guadeloupe. Sugar cane and citrus fruits take turns in changing the mood. The 59° are perfect. No need to add anything. It's already sweet and lemony.

On the nose custard, butter, sugar cane, citrus, hazelnut and floral notes, exquisite. After aerating you can also smell some pickled gherkins and fruits. The palate is sweet, smooth, fresh and round, similar to the nose, with citrus, nutty, creamy, peppery and somewhat earthy/vegetal notes on the finish. Delicious this Baltazia variety. (It oscillates between 86/87)
