This rum needs to rest for 15+ minutes in order to reduce the ABV burn and also to release all the flavours. Lots os funk, yum, fruity and nutty with a hint of chocolate and spices. I love the spicy finish.

ULTRA gourmand nose between fruits, spices, caramel. After a long opening, you get the impression of smelling a rum baba with vanilla cream. The palate is a bit less gourmand while remaining pleasant. The spices take over, maybe a slight reduction would have done it good. Very long finish on caramel and spices.

Still very inconspicuous on the nose. But intense and complex on the palate. Actually, Worthy Park doesn't really appeal to me. But I really like this bottling.
