Much better than expected! The nose is woody and spicy with scents of vanilla and tobacco. At the palate it’s full bodied, smooth, woody and spicy with flavors of vanilla and tobacco. The finish is medium long.

It has something of salted grilled grapefruit and a very strong cappuccino or mochaccino to go with it. Doesn't really blow me away, but it's not uninteresting! I had hoped for more from the nose...

Didn't know any rum from Thailand before, so was curious. The aromas are fruity and tart, but I can't make out anything specific. It's certainly interesting, but I don't need a whole bottle after tasting it.

Blindly, I would have guessed a Foursquare. Relatively boring, flat profile.

Tobacco, raisins and wood are most present on the nose. It's subtle but pleasant. The palate grabs you after the subdued nose. Big hits of vanilla, hazelnut, tobacco and expensive cappuccino. The finish is quite short. Mainly notes of vanilla and oak but there's also a saltiness at the very end. Overall, this was surprising. Much better than I was expecting. It ticks a lot of boxes. Would like to taste this with a bit more age or ABV.

An interesting rum with a strong alcoholic taste. Even though it is sweet, the alcohol itself overpowers most of the taste. Despite this, the sweetness manages to rest on my tongue and hence the fairly positive review. I would only recommend this one to experienced rum drinkers as it offers a new experience.

Smells of caramel, brown sugar, barrel and hints of vanilla. Flavors are similar with cinnamon and a slight earthiness in the mix.

A very unique rum, definitely haven’t tasted something like this before. The fruity and coconut is something I wouldn’t have expected from a rum.

Dosage and low proof make it pleasant and approachable, but not much here for a rum nerd. Not "bad", but not much to really recommend it even in the mid $20s here in the us (more than Doorlys XO, for instance)

Nice flavor straight. Sweet, with some oak. Afterburn lowered it a little, but the price point of $25 USD raised it. Mixed well too.

Sorry, but I love Thailand, so my rating has to be a little bit higher, but let´s return to rate this rum. The smell is woody with figs and there is also a hint of apple. Very soft, but very nice! The taste is watery, sweet and soft, I could distinguish mango flavour. The aftertaste is dry, but no really long. I reckon, it is normal for 5 years aged rum. Well, to finish this review I would like to underline this rum. It is single cask, only 43% of alc, 5 years aged and it is really good. Just let it aged for few more years and prepare it in the cask strength and it could be really delicious.
