Cette cuvée La Favorite Réserve du Château 2000 est une grande réussite, un rhum qui tourne autour du bois et des épices, en particulier le poivre.

Another wonderful release from La Favorite. I will have to get some more releases from this destiller. Fruity with lots of spices and oak. As a topping there is chocolate and tobacco.

Rhum très agréable, même sans être "monté" en degré d'alcool avant. Odeur d'abord sur le fruit frais (ananas?), touche de vanille, presque caramel. Attaque un peu sur le fut, (camphre ?), le côté agricole est bien présent. Très rond en bouche très agréable puis du fruit confit (pruneau?). Finale agréable mais un peu courte, dommage
