Very balanced classic agricole. Instantly likable in the nose. Pretty sweet and velvety in taste. Mineral. Some vegetal vs freshness. Grassy. Very easy in lots of aspects. But good easy. This is a very good spirit.

Most helpful mixed review
Tasted this unaged rum during my recent visit to the distillery. It rested for a minimum of 3 months with a slow ABV reduction during 2 months before bottled as for most of their unaged rums. The nose is complex, intense, balanced, fruity, spicy, sweet and floral with scents of mineral, lemon, strawberry, pepper, grass and sugarcane. At the palate it’s balanced, full bodied, round, fruity, floral, sweet and spicy with flavors of orange, banana, mineral, honey, sugarcane and peppers. The finish is long, tangy and spicy with flavors of peppers and tobacco.

Entry-level white Agricole and for the price you can't go wrong. Alcohol is well integrated. Fresh, floral and grassy notes. Some citrus fruit. It lacks complexity, but I didn't expect that at this price.

Thinking about the price tag you actually do pretty well here. A good white Agricole that will split waters. Fruity yet Agricole with some floral notes and lovely sugar cane. Can be a good sipper but I also think it could make for a great mixer.

A fairly soft white agricole rum that easily lets its aromas express themselves. The fruits (notably lime and citrus) blend well with the floral and grassy freshness of the rum, all layered with sugarcane. The attack on the palate is gentle, with a little mineral touch that enhances the whole. Although the roundness on the palate is enjoyable, the finish falls into decline and dissipates quickly. Nevertheless, it's a good white rum.

A top Agricole. Has a wonderfully beautiful and fresh scent on the nose. Then tastes fruity and vegetal, but just as it should be. Alcohol is perfectly integrated. I can definitely recommend it.

Excellent but not exceptional, if that makes sense. If easy drinking at best value is your gig you may just have found your new favorite blanc here. Goes down far easier than most RAB’s. But for all that safety it loses a bit in excitement.

Solid white agricole, but nothing too overwhelming. The nose is defined by sugarcane and light fruity notes, maybe overripe yellow melon and a touch of something fermented maybe even rotten. The palate is rich with black pepper, orange, grapefruit, and pronounced sea salt, providing a pleasant contrast. The finish is vegetal, full of cut grass and herbs, with a lingering citrus note. Overall, it’s an interesting rum, but one that may be a bit too average for some.

Tasting at the Limoges Spirits Festival 2025. 👃 Typical cane, freshness of the vegetal cane, frangipani flowers, it's herbaceous. Obviously citrus (lime), trace of tropical fruits. Sensation of an iodized agricole with the intrinsic characteristics of a fruit eau-de-vie. 😋 The same markers as on the nose dominated by fresh sugar cane, vegetal and herbaceous. Fruity citrus full of sugar, grapefruit in addition to lime, exotic traces. A hint of licorice sticks. ⛳ Medium, round, balanced, complete. Cane, lime, menthol and peppery freshness. 💡 +1 point in the end, really very good this white selected from Depaz.

In TiPunch I find it a solid and very good choice. Neat it impresses especially at the first moment when it hits the palate. Unfortunately, the impression fades quite quickly and the finish is rather short. I would recommend it unreservedly in TiPunch!

A poem. Already on the nose juicy, citrus-fresh, limey. Saliva flow already when smelling. On the palate then again juicy, sweet, lime and super round and balanced. Alcohol extremely well integrated. In the finish a spicy sweetness like a mix of blossom and acacia honey. A great relaxed rum to enjoy neat. Very refreshing. Probably a bit too gentle for mixing due to the 45%.

An agricole to start your rum evening with. A welcome one. Fresh cane juice, citrus peel, white flowers and wet mineral notes create a nose that is both clean and expressive. The palate is silky and rounded with lime, herbs, honeyed sweetness and subtle peppery. The ABV with no aggressive edges, just freshness and balance. Seems like it may lack the wild intensity of some higher-proof agricoles, but it compensates with elegance and drinkability, and of course price.

The nose is very typical agricole. Cut grass, sugarcane juice and mineral notes. The palate is quite creamy. The usual agricole notes of grass and sugarcane. Papaya comes out towards the end. Very round. The finish it quite lengthy. Sweet with the note of papaya and a touch of herbaceous mint. Overall one of the better agricole blancs I've tasted.
