WoW what a great rum 🫨 Nose: Sugarcane, honey, fruity, dried apricot, pear, nutty, roasted, a lot of glue paired with a bit of rubber🤤 yummy Mouth: citrus notes, some delicious fresh coconuts, dried apricots, glue, cinnamon, licorice, oak and dark chocolate. The alcohol is integrated perfectly! Finish: Quite long, dry and delicious!

Edit Had it in the glass again today, but this bottling doesn't really pick me up In my opinion, this bottling is very much on the woody side. But that could also be because I forgot about it after pouring and it stood around covered for almost 1 1/2 hours. Still not bad, but I imagine that I've already had a better one of the series in my glass. Must have been the 2017 Thanks Joachim for the sample.

Lots of almonds, dried fruit. Fresher than the 2012.Complex, well integrated alcohol. Great nose (again)!Then in the mouth lots of wood (maybe too much), A variety of fruits and a very nice long finish. The flavors come in waves, it keeps changing in the mouth over 30 seconds, awesome!Mega agricole. I like a touch better than the 2012. en par with Neisson and Chantal Comte La Mauny.

Also ich muss sagen, mir hat der 2017er besser gefallen, auf Grund des besser integrierten Alkohols. Ist immer noch top, aber anders. Dieser hier ist würziger, vor allem Pfeffer lässt sich erkennen, aber auch deutlich holziger, dafür fehlt die angenehme Süße.

A superb nose that has everything to please me. On the palate, it's a little too alcoholic, with a fruit brandy aspect that I find less appealing. Perhaps also a little bitter for my taste. Nevertheless, it's a very good selection.

Like the other one the ABV pushes this one a bit further. Fruity with a spicy touch and smoky wood. The rubber is there on this one as well, very light but there. All in all very good rums, just sad they're so limited, but luckily our little "club" has a wide range of stocked rums from very old to the latest releases.

Flo's birthday tasting Rhum Liberation 2024-05-17: Better and more intense than the 2020s and 2017 Integrale. Spicy, floral, fruity. Alcohol nicely integrated, with pleasant warmth. I'd love a bottle of this.

Tasting of the 2015 and 2017. I will not be able to determine a winner. We have the two very good farm rums but I'm not thrilled with the wine barrel finish. I much prefer the rasta morris on this one.

Suite dégustation de la série Rhum Rhum Libération. 👃 Fruité et sucré! Agrumes confits, fleur d'oranger, canne à sucre, miel de fleurs, gousse de vanille, abricots secs, marmelade d'orange. Belle gourmandise de poire caramélisée aux noix torréfiées. Très léger caoutchouc neuf et de colle à maquette. Légère fraîcheur mentholée. Nez élégant, fin, savoureux. 😋 Boisé tannique et sec, fût de chêne, épices, poivre rouge. Agrumes confits, fruits secs, confiture de fruits tropicaux. Amertume du chocolat noir et des agrumes. Herbacé sur les feuilles de thé. ⛳. Chaude, sèche, épicée, pimentée, boisé tannique, herbacé léger, feuille de tabac, amertume du chocolat noir. 💡 Dans le top 3 des FP. Ordre personnel : 2015 LMDW > 2012 > 2015 58.4°

Was very excited to try this rum after having recently tried my first from Bielle, which I thought was fantastic. This one had a fairly simple nose for me oak, honey sweetness, vanilla and some fruitiness. On the palate the first hit showed some nice complexity right away. Upfront I was hit with a bit of fruity sweetness before the burst of spice comes in and takes over before settling into dry woody notes. All in all you’ll find hints fruit, wood, vanilla, pepper and some vegetal notes mixed in there. All in all, this one was a little more intense and in your face but complex and good. The first Bielle stood out to me for being complex and yet delicate, allowing the symphony of flavours to each have their own moment. Look forward to more in the future.

Integral Tasting 2024: In direct comparison with the 2017, it falls slightly short on the nose, but not worth mentioning. The aromas are identical. On the tongue, it goes straight past the 2017et in the fast lane with 250 things. Absolutely awesome and even more intense than the 2017. I need a bottle...

Magnifique 🤩 Superbe nez, pour les préliminaires.. avec du fruit et du bois, et une pointe de colle Puis c’est l’explosion en bouche. Un p’tit côté mielleux, abricot et toujours le bois , un peu de vin et de la colle. J’adore 😍😍
