🥃 The Rum Mercenary Jamaica 2004 – 56,2 % Un embouteillage intriguant : référencé comme Worthy Park sur RumX et RumStylez, mais improbable puisque la distillerie n’a rouvert qu’en 2005. En creusant, on découvre un « jumeau » chez Kintra, clairement identifié comme Monymusk. Bien plus plausible ! Il s’agit donc d’un Clarendon 2004, vieilli 14 ans, embouteillé en 2018 à 56,2 % par The Rum Mercenary, en collaboration avec Kintra. Particularité : pour chaque bouteille vendue, 10 € étaient reversés à une association néerlandaise de lutte contre la SLA (maladie de Charcot). Une belle initiative 👏 Nez : très frais, banane avec une pointe de vernis. Bouche : attaque chaude, végétale, sur le vernis et toujours cette banane caractéristique. Finale : moyenne, sur la banane et la réglisse. 👉 Un rhum plaisir, franc et gourmand, sans être le plus complexe, mais très représentatif du style Clarendon.
