4/11/24 Blind: N:Shoepolish, leather, wood spice. jackfruit ie acidic-creamy w’ fermented edge. + some dried fruit T: Rich: complex, sweet, minty TDLesque + funk F: Funky, long, raisins, wood polish & leather like an antique desk, slight engine oil remains/heavy. Well aged, very drinkable.
