Farbe: Blassgold Geruch: Sehr süß mit Honig und etwas Estern. Cremig mit Vanille und Mango. Geschmack: Süß mit Honig und leicht fruchtig im Mund. Beim Schlucken alkoholisch, aber erstaunlich rund und lecker. Vanille und Fruchtsalat aus tropischen Früchten (Mango, Melone). Abgang: Mittellang Alkoholisch, würzig mit Vanille und Holz. Trocken im Nachgeschmack. Fazit: Wow, was für eine positive Überraschung. Echt lecker.

Technisch einwandfrei und sauber, Kräutertee bis Blumenwiese, starke Nase, im Geschmack trotz 60% etwas dünn

Probiert auf dem 11. GRF: Guter Rum und ein generell spannendes Produkt. Obwohl ich meist Abfüllungen mit mehr Prozenten bevorzuge, sehe ich diese Overproof-Version hinter dem Standard, dem das höhere Alter gut zu tun scheint.

Beim ersten reinriechen denkt man eher an jamaika als an Deutschland. Sehr komplex. Der Alkohol ist gut eingebunden.
