"Notes of vanilla and wood, Very round but with a slight attack that changes after 2 Spanish wines. In summary, my tasting notes: On the nose: Vanilla In the mouth: Vanilla, Woody, Toffee Finish: Vanilla".

Also a delicious rum, again you can taste a slight sweetness, but again just right. Vanilla on the nose. And I can taste vanilla, nut and toge here. A good average rum, you can't go wrong with it.

The Fair Belize XO rum is relatively flat but still quite pleasant. The nose, palate and finish are dominated by vanilla notes. Too bad the finish is too short and lacks depth.

12/05/2026: Advent calender: Le Monde des Rhums 2025. Not very exciting to be honest. The aroma and palate are rather weak and the finish is short. Not undrinkable, but not good either. Would not recommend.

a greatly balanced rum. a strong vanilla and wood will accompany you during the whole tasting process. it's evenly more important to point out the fair trade side of this product. to be honest, it's not an impressive rum, but it is really price-worthy and will fit mostly amateur's palates.
