14.04.2021 Relaxing at home with some new samples. Notes Light to medium dark in colour. Nose Light, fresh, light wood, vegetal, light citrus, pineapple. Palate Light, oily, light citrus, light wood, pineapple, spices, light vegetal, faint chocolate. Finish Light, medium long, wood, dried fruit, spice, faint mango.

The taste carries a medicinal (chemical?) note that reminds me of heavily peated Scottish single malts. Otherwise lightly fruity, mineral and overall mild. An uncomplicated easy sipper that I would have liked to try with less dilution. Good rum, but certainly not a repeat purchase.
