02.12.2025 Retasting and it's still a pretty good rum in my mind. ----------- With a medium finish this one is fruity and light on the spices. The zinfandel cask is very obvious if you have tried those wines. Would have loved a higher ABV on this one.

A bit alcoholic on the nose and not at all on the palate, not really used to drinking rums so low in ABV but it’s very nice. The wine brings a nice finish, on walnut and cocoa. I would buy the bottle without hesitation.
