Ipe Rhum rum de Brasil 3 year old 41.6% Soledade Ipê Rum is an innovation in the world of Brazilian spirits. It is a double distillation of pure cane juice and molasses. It is no longer called cachaça but a rum. It is aged in ipe barrels, an exotic species unique to South America. Nosing Oranges, pine nuts , sultanas , Oak and wood Tasting Olives , grass , more of an agricole , lemongrass
