Yes, I can. I would definitely drink it again. Maybe my 'in-mouth' raspberry infusion distorted the impression a bit, but I just enjoy it my way! It creates an amazing, unique flavour profile that is completely perfect!

7,4:On the nose, we get ripe, sweet, candied, perhaps honeyed cane. Also the pepper and pulp are candied, very soft, with a hint of honey. Some lime peel adds a touch of freshness, for a well-rounded balance. An aeration brings us a full bodied rhum with mellow wood and sweet spices and bitter citrus, a hint of a smoke. 7,3:On the palate, the attack is dry and balanced with pure cane juice, a bit peppery and mineral. The lime peel is bitter, going towards to fermented sugar cane with honey, wood, some yellow fruits and pastry. 7,3:The finish is medium length, with sugar cane, grassy, a bit iodized, wood and citruses.. Tested at a wine merchant. It's drier and less round than the usual La Favorite, but it doesn't hold much. Quite basic.
