Nez intéressant, on respire la banane et ce n’est pas trop agressif ! L’attaque en bouche est très agréable. Belle acidité et fraîcheur mais il manque un peu de densité mais il y a une belle finale moyennement longue

Un single cask de J.M de 10 ans à prix correct. Un nez de bonbons acidulés étonnant avec de la banane et des fruits. En bouche l’impression d’un fût pas tout à fait net, dommage. L’alcool bien que peu imposant n’est pas très bien intégré. La finale reste acidulée et pas trop longue et on ressent encore le petit problème de fût.
