Destilerias Unidas, better known by its brand Diplomatico, is one of the largest and most versatile rum distilleries in the Caribbean. From molasses and cane honey it draws three different distillates on pot stills, batch kettles and columns, ages them across hundreds of thousands of casks, and blends them into a soft, rich style.
