Well, the nose is still the best part of this bottling. Taste-wise rather a zero number. It seems to me that a proper dosage was done. However, you have to consider the price… I’ve had much worse in the glass.

Actually a pretty nice rum for the price. Unfortunately a bit too watered down. For this price you can't expect much. For the first try from 82 chapters of Newcastle a good start. As you can see in the picture I will destroy the rest as a mixer.

Tasted against the other two. Another 82 Chapters to Newcastle. None of the three convinced me – with this one the extreme dilution bothers especially. Apart from caramel, vanilla and some smoke, nothing comes through on the palate. Nose is however not so bad with some fruit.

First tasting in a very long time. At first, surprisingly ester-rich on the nose and like an overripe fruit basket, hence slightly Jamaican. Much milder on the palate and a distinct sweetness. The roasted notes of the cask are also present and fruity without any specific fruits being identifiable. Unfortunately overall quite watery and also noticeably "diluted" on the finish, even though the taste lasts quite long.
