On the nose, butterscotch, nuts, and caramel are evident, with light chocolate also coming through beautifully. The palate also reveals a lovely Foursquare profile. In comparison, this release is a lighter and less complex, full-bodied version than an ECS version. On the palate, the caramel, chocolate, spices, bourbon, and woody notes are wonderfully pronounced. The alcohol is reasonably integrated, and it has a medium-warm, sweet caramel finish. Very good value for money.
