I like Clement more and more. Another great bottling! A fresh woody, grassy aroma is underlined by espresso, pastries, all kinds of fruits, and dark chocolate. On the palate full-bodied, dry and very intense.

A magnificent nose with varnished wood, brioche, banana. Like a crêpe Suzette flambéed with Grand Marnier. The alcohol is quite present on the palate then the aromas sensed on the nose arrive with pear, bitter orange. Lots of noble bitters, a very coherent palate. The finish is very long and beautifully balanced. The empty glass brings wood, fruits and pastries. A cook prepares a flambéed banana in a very old wooden house, outside an orchard brings strong smells of overripe fruits. A perfectly coherent rum from nose to empty glass. A very very beautiful rum that makes you want to drink more.

This is a very nice Clement and I really like when the set the ABV above 50% because it really enhances the profile. Very fresh Agricole and grass notes from pouring with some added fruit, vanilla and roasted wood. I really like the marzipan on the finish.
