27.08.2011 A nice evening out with the guys where I could walk the short distance home to where we lived. Notes. Very light in colour. Nose: fresh, fruity, overripe, ester, light wood. Palate: well balanced, banana, overripe, ester, dry, light wood and vanilla. Finish: very long, warm, wood, dry, fruity, light smoke.

Crazy stuff! Very intense flavor, typical Clarendon profile with slightly bitter, astringent notes. Alcohol is really well integrated for an unbelievable 73%!

Nice old Clarendon, bit restricted on nose bit great palate, dried fruit and esters, wood, spice, complex rum. You do not feel its 73,1% ABV.
