Delicious, very strong, strong oaky flavour with excellent feel
Review by MoMcGurk
Sweet and relatively smooth neat. A little oak flavor. Mixed was decent. $20 price at Trader Joe’s was just plain good value, and bumped it up a notch.

For me so far the weakest FdC. Herbal and woody, hardly sweet, without recognition value.
Review by Decky Hicks Doughty
A quite spicy and woody nose. There's some apple and roasted nut notes too but they struggle to make much of an impact. The palate is typical of Flor de Cana. Quite sweet, soft oak and vanilla. There is a chemical, something of a chlorinated swimming pool about it. The finish is drying, peppery and not very long. Overall, not a rum I enjoyed. I find Flor de Cana to make some very boring rums and this one is boring with a touch of chlorine.
