8,2:On the nose, orange peel, charred wood notes like burnt sugar, caramel, roasted nuts, chocolate, slightly smoky, spicy, dried fruits like raisins, apricots, bump into our nosetrils. On aeration, it is a bit alcoholic, the molasses is slightly sweet with honeycomb, flowery and herbaceous, the fruits are also candied, vanilla, cocoa and leather are out. 8,1:On the palate, the attack is slightly alcoholic, dry, sweet with roasted wood notes like burnt sugar, caramel, toffee, the nuts are roasted, the fruits are dried with apricots, raisins, some orange peel, perhaps cherry.On oxidation, leather, frankincense, brown sugar and fudge are obvious, some vanilla, as the molasses is a bit herbaceous, earthy with cigar tobacco. 8,2:The finish is medium long, balanced, dry, with charred wood notes like caramelized burnt sugar, nougat, milk chocolate, cocoa, spicy and nutty, pairing molasses, sweet with honey, earthy with cigar tobacco, a bit flowery, herbaceous and citrus fruits, raisins and banana.

This is how Spanish style is really fun. Not just caramel and co.. Proper herbal notes as well as roasted nuts with coconut. Also nice in taste are the light hints of incense that remain in the finish. Really worth recommending.
