Very strong vegetal nose, earthy with a chocolate base. On the palate much fruitier with red fruits standing out, even if a vegetal base remains. Same on the finish where vegetal and fruity mingle well.

Hard to rate because I had already tasted quite a bit, but overall a bit disappointed by this Jamaican. It's very, even too light. A nice entry-level not to scare beginners, but compared to a Hampden, it's weak. The price is however very fair. An entry-level.

It's a strange Jamaican, blind, I think it would be impossible for me to guess this juice is from Bob's country. Indeed, what strikes me first is a sensation of almond milk chocolate. It's fruity but not necessarily Jamaican (Apricot / Plum / Pear / (Very little tropical)), slightly spicy (Mild) (Cinnamon / Clove / Licorice) a hint of copper confirms the pot still distillation but it's very light. The rum is quite vegetal and fresh as if we were with a pure juice (Ginger / Citrus / Green / Floral / Earthy). In short, a very tame Jamaican and very little funky, it's not necessarily what I look for but it's rather interesting and very easy to drink. Not bad.
