Alkohol nicht gut eingebunden. Eine längere Lagerung wäre sicher gut!
Sehr einladende Nase - frisch, floral und intensiv. Am Gaumen etwas zu scharfkantig für meinen Geschmack. Kommt in einem Daiquiri bestimmt mega.
Extrem geile Ananas Bombe! Macht bestimmt mega Spass im daiquiri! Könnte aber vom Alkoholgehalt deutlich runder sein, ist insgesamt doch etwas anstrengend... Ein paar Jahre mehr im Fass helfen hier bestimmt noch aus.
Had a run in with some whites yesterday and here's the result. I'm pretty sure this rum is made for mixers because even when rested for a long while it still bites a bit.
