Expect dry plum, leather, tobacco and a nutty nougat sweetness over a Beenleigh pot-and-column base. Entspannter & brutal süffiger Australier. Sherry Finish klar erkennbar, aber nicht zu dominant und sehr harmonisch. Kann man auf jeden Fall machen! 😁 Die typische Birne, Mirabelle & Ingwer note vom Australier ist da wird durchs Sherry Finish aber fast schon mit etwas Tabak, Leder aber auch Nuss Nougat Creme erweitert und ist dennoch an keiner Stelle zu süß!

A pot still and column rum from Beenleigh very marked by Sherry Fino with a nose strongly marked by powder and damp firecracker. Not my style but very interesting.

Definitely no highlight at all. Alcohol very badly integrated and just sherry tones. No trace of Australia in the rum itself.
