Opinions land in the same lukewarm zone here: pleasant but no fireworks. The Sherry Fino finish does most of the talking — dried fruit, plum, leather, a little tobacco and nut-nougat — while a few tasters wish the Australian distillate (pear, mirabelle, ginger) showed through more. One French reviewer caught a wet-gunpowder, dusty note. Easy-drinking and never too sweet, just sherry-forward.

Entspannter & brutal süffiger Australier. Sherry Finish klar erkennbar, aber nicht zu dominant und sehr harmonisch. Kann man auf jeden Fall machen! 😁 Die typische Birne, Mirabelle & Ingwer note vom Australier ist da wird durchs Sherry Finish aber fast schon mit etwas Tabak, Leder aber auch Nuss Nougat Creme erweitert und ist dennoch an keiner Stelle zu süß!

Un rum pot still et colonne de chez Beenleigh très marqué par le Sherry Fino avec un nez très marqué sur la poudre et le pétard mouillé. Pas mon style mais très intéressant.

Definitiv überhaupt kein Highlight.Alkohol sehr schlecht eingebunden und einfach nur Sherrytöne.Vm Rum selbst keine Spur von Australien.
