One of my favorite “white rums” for mixing. Makes an amazing daiquiri.

This is an incredibly solid white rum for mixing, 1L bottle, good price. Sipping it is woefully (and predictably) disappointing, some sweet chocolately notes and a decent mouth feel but is missing a lot of complexity. But then in a daiquiri this goes wonderfully and creates a fantastic drink. Will be going for Doorly's 3 year though for the foreseeable future.
