La Favorite Brut 2 Colonnes 2020
Made for people already comfortable with overproof agricole blanc: this 73.4% La Favorite is all raw sugarcane, lime, and green vegetal notes, with a warm, oily palate and black pepper. Rested, it turns surprisingly fruity with a natural sweetness that softens the heat. A couple of tasters catch an earthy, almost compost-like note they didn't love. The nose gives more pleasure than the fiery mouth.

Nez gourmand et pas agressif malgré les 73.4% au compteur ! On retrouve bien évidemment de la canne à sucre. Mais aussi des notes végétales et de citron vert. En bouche, c’est du rhum, du vrai, de l’intense. De la canne qui explose en bouche. Cela pique le palais le tout avec des notes végétales et d’agrumes. Il ne laisse pas indifférent. On l’aime mais on y plonge les lèvres que très doucement vu le gaillard ! Le nez apportant plus de plaisir que la bouche pour ce bijou de La Favorite. Petite préférence pour le Longueteau Genesis en B2C

Premier né très fruité, canne à sucre, citron, vert, un peu pierre à fusil métallique. En bouche, c’est très chaleureux est brûlant, on s’y attendait pour un brut de colonne. On trouve un petit peu de piquant avec du poivre noir et des notes de fruits rouges. En salivant bien, il se laisse apprécier. La finale est plutôt longUe , terreuse presque animal. Beau produit Mais je n’en boirais pas tous les jours

#4065 Looking at the ABV you usually prepare yourself for a kick or bite. With this rum you get a surprise because once rested it's deceptively fruity and has natural sweetness to it. Well balanced and great ABV integration once rested. Oily and warm palate and very nice curtains. The empty glass is very nice and fruity with some metallic notes.

Nez ultra végétal et terreux sur la canne fermentée et la truffe. En bouche la canne est plus sucrée, le végétal toujours très présent et des notes poivrées apparaissent. Finale longue sur les mêmes notes. C'est bon mais loin d'être parmis les meilleurs BDC et même parmis les blancs de cette distillerie il y en a de bien meilleurs.

Brutal punch, alcohol integration is even relatively well done but could be better. Exciting are here especially the whole ester notes and how sweetly comes across here. Wicked stuff but even in the ti Punch is ne track too powerful, here's definitely better

Gefällt mir besser als der 2021er. Trotzdem schwingt auch hier eine leichte vegetale Kompostnote mit, die mir nicht zusagt. Da gibt es aus meiner Sicht bessere BdCs…
