Diese auf Whisky spezialisierte Brennerei steht 7km von meinem Elternhaus entfernt im nördlichen Oberösterreich. Schauma mal. Blumig, künstlich, fruchtig in der Nase. Nach diesem unorthodoxen Einstieg gewinnt er im Mund stark dazu. Gemessen an den 40% erstaunlich viel Körper, nun schmeckt er auch gut. Schöner Abgang. Die Erwartungen waren nicht allzu hoch geschraubt und abgesehen von der seltsamen, künstlichen Nase ist es ein guter Rum, handwerklich gekonnt gemacht.

Für mich schwer zu beschreiben. Angenehm im Geruch und im Geschmack, leichte Schärfe und Süße. Keine unnötigen Zusätze oder übertriebene Geschmacksnoten, einfach gehalten und deswegen auch so gut und gelungen.
