Nase: sehr würzig-holzig, aber auch irgendwie fruchtig. Da ist bereits gelb gewordener Apfel zusammen mit Quitte und etwas Guave. Eine feine Essig-Note ist genau so zu finden, wie etwas mineralisches, wie Steinmehl. Dazu eine herbe Süße von Ahornsirup. Hinten raus kräuterig. Mit etwas Gewöhnung maybe die Nase richtig Spaß. 8,0 Gaumen: oh schön, würzig-holzig, leicht pfeffrig-bitter-scharf aber auch irgendwie karamellig-malzig-süß. Viel Süßholz und Tonkabohne mit Vanille und etwas altem Zimtpulver. Hinten raus grasig und kräuterig. Nette cremige Textur. 8,4 Am Gaumen sogar etwas schöner, als in der Nase. Gefällt mir für einen Agricole recht gut.

Unfortunately, on the nose already very sour and not very pleasant. Taste then clearly too much wood, almost vinegary sour and somewhat malty and spicy. Convinces me unfortunately not at all.

Le nez est super épicé, avec un léger boisé mais étouffe par toutes les épices. J’ai pas grand chose d’autre. La bouche est ultra épicé ! Style épices orientales. Je sens que ça ! Au plus il s’ouvre au plus j’ai du boisé qui amène un peu de rondeur pour diminuer le côté épicé. Sur la finale je sens plus le bois que les épices. Un peu de rondeur qui arrive sur la finale qu’on a ni dans le nez ni la bouche.
