Lagring på sherry fade giver den sødme men gør den også tør. Udpræget duft og smag af melasse. Ikke forfinet eller elegant, men kraftfuld og lidt en-dimensionel i sit udtryk. Alkoholen mærkes ikke. God rom men nok en ikke man drikker mange glas af på en aften.
