Absolute everyday rum!!!

Well, one of those spiced rums that are so artificial and intense that it's hard to classify the flavors. Nothing on its own, of course, but not so great with cola either, as sweet meets already sweet. But you have to praise it for its 41.5%! xD

6,5:On the nose, it smells pleasantly of wood, freshly cut orange peel, raisins and I also notice a pinch of cinnamon. 6,5:On the palate, the Remedy Spiced rum shows its pleasantly mild side and surprises me with an entertaining spiciness, followed by a typical note of a rum matured in an ex-bourbon barrel. With the next sip we notice the spicy sweetness of fresh oranges and it tastes good of caramel and cinnamon, a very light note of soft licorice, which then changes into a completely different flavor with milk chocolate. 6,2:The finish is medium long and is accompanied by spiciness of pepper and ends with a sweet note of toffee on the palate. Yes, it can be mixed, but it is also good just for sipping. Forget the price-around 20 €..

Again, it doesn't work at all neat. With cola and ice on hot days ok, but there are also better things to mix it with. it was just too artificial for me. Edit: I'll have to correct all my old sins from the past downwards to create a clear line.

Ein sehr süßer Spiced Rum mit Zimt, Orange und Vanillenoten in der Nase. Am Gaumen dominieren tropische Früchte wie Banane und Pfirsich. Pur ist er nichts für mich, als Mixgetränk mit Cola ist er ganz ok. Alles in allem ist es kein schlechter Rum, vor allem, wenn man den geringen Preis bedenkt. Mir ist er aber zu süß und etwas zu künstlich.

Kein richtiger Rum sondern ein klassischer Spiced Rum. Wir hatten den im Cocktail Dark&Storm(y) und da passt er wirklich gut rein. Allerdings geht der durchaus auch pur im Gegenzug zum üblichen Captain Morgan oder Havana 3. Das hätte ich nicht gedacht. Bin positiv überrascht.

Super süß, leicht künstlich und insgesamt irgendwie falsch. Diese Likörspirituose oder was auch immer es eigentlich ist, kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. Allgemein bin ich kein Fan solch geschummelter Rums. Entweder man produziert einen klassischen Rum oder man kreiert einen Likör, der sowohl klassisch als auch total exotisch sein kann. Alles dazwischen halte ich für unnötig. Ja, es ist trinkbar. Aber das ist auch alles.
