Typical Caroni with dirty notes which, however, does not offend anywhere. Alcohol wonderfully integrated. A very nice bottling.

Pretty well priced Kill Devil compared to what you get. The nose has the typical Caroni with tar and rubber as well as wood, leather, tropical fruits and light vanilla. The palate lives up to the nose with tar and rubber complemented by fruit, leather and a hint of vanilla. The finish is medium to long with wood, rubber and dried fruits.

Not a strong nose but Caroni is there. Nice balanced caroni in palate. Very enjoyable. Floral in the beginning and more dark fruit at the end.

20/07/2025: tasted at 1st BYOB party with friends. A good, balanced Caroni release with the typical notes that you expect. The alcohol is integrated well. Not sure what the original release price was though.
