Admittedly, when I first tried Jamaican rum I was not a fan. Overtime, however, I began to appreciate the funk more and more. This rum is well named, and I enjoyed it. Strong molasses, smell and taste. Too much of a burn for me to have it straight, but a nice mixer if you like the funk.
