Un super agricole qui coincerait beaucoup d’amateurs de Martinique. Je comprends ceux qui estiment que la réduction est un peu trop importante mais dans la logique de l’équilibre agricole cela fait vraiment sens. Super nez.

Impressive and super fruity nose. A fresh fruit basket of wild berries awaits one here. Taste then much flatter and somewhat watery. Overall, however, a really good representative of his trade.

Incredibly awesome & super complex nose. Herbal tea, cherry candy, gingerbread & black pepper, burnt sawdust & coconut shavings.... Flavor then much drier than expected. Bit like salted nut butter, cold tea, em-eukal cherry!, raisins, dried cherries & currants, nutmeg and Williams pear barrel aged. Sau exciting, absolutely not too thin, extremely complex and intense. You just have to give it some time then it really shows what it can do!
